We strongly recommend booking in advance, especially during summer and fall when tours fill up quickly. While same-day bookings may be available, reserving ahead of time guarantees your spot. Payment is required at your time of booking.

We monitor the weather closely. Our ebikes are all-weather capable and light rain doesn’t usually stop us from having fun, so dress accordingly! In the case of heavy rain or unsafe conditions, we’ll contact you to reschedule or offer a refund. Your safety and experience come first.

No prior e-bike experience is required. Many of our guests are first-time e-bike riders. As long as you are comfortable riding a regular pedal bike, you will be comfortable on our e-bikes. The pedal assist makes riding familiar, smooth, and beginner-friendly.

Our e-bikes are designed to support riders of almost all fitness levels. The pedal assist allows you to control how much effort you use, making the experience enjoyable whether you are very active or just getting back into cycling. Below are our rider requirements:

• Must be comfortable balancing and riding a standard bicycle.

• Ages 16+ only (by law)

• 275 lb (124.7 kg) maximum rider weight

• 4'11" (150 cm) minimum rider height

Height and weight requirements are set by equipment manufacturers for rider safety.

Required:

• Close-toed shoes must be brought and worn (no sandals, crocs, or flip-flops).

• Waivers and ID checks must be completed and verified before the tour.

• Helmets are provided and must be worn.

We also recommend the following gear:

• A (reusable) water bottle

• Sunglasses and sunscreen if it's sunny

• A raincoat and rain pants if it's wet / raining

• Multiple layers, especially on cold days

Safety is our top priority. We provide helmets, a pre-ride safety briefing, and carefully select routes that prioritize quiet roads and safe crossings. E-bikes are maintained regularly and thoroughly checked before each ride. As a precaution, our experienced guides carry comprehensive first aid kits and are first-aid certified in case of emergencies.

Cancellation Policy

• Full refund for cancellations made 24+ hours before the tour start time.

• Full refund if bad weather forces us to cancel the tour.

• Full refund if an unforeseen issue prevents us from operating.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable.

• No-shows or late arrivals that miss the tour are non-refundable.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 15 minutes before your booking time to allow time for bike fitting and a safety briefing.

Nope! E-bike and helmet rentals are included with each tour and fitted to each rider. By providing all of our own bikes and equipment, we can ensure the condition of the bikes and safety of the experience is top-notch.
